TSU products are available through official government procurement channels. Two distinct pathways exist for domestic and international buyers.

Domestic Buyers
Demand is placed through BPR&D, New Delhi. Upon receipt of allotment letter and advance payment in accordance with extant rules, TSU issues supplies against a proper voucher.

Foreign Buyers
International procurement is routed through the Government of India via the respective Indian Embassy in the buyer's country, following established diplomatic and trade protocols.
