Foreign Buyers

Approach MHA, Govt. Of India through Indian Embassy. MHA may allot the munitions under information to BPR&D. On receipt of allotment, TSU will issue PI (Performa Invoice) for advance payment and same will be communicated to the Buyers and BPR&D. On receipt of 100% payment in advance TSMs will be issued on proper voucher. Foreign buyers will have to cater for inspection, collection and transportation to their destination. TSU has UN Certificate of packing approved by Director General civil Aviation, GOI, in accordance with the provisions of ICAO Technical Institutions for safe transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (i.e. 9 types of Tear Smoke Munitions) and UN Certificate of packing issued by Director General of Shipping, GOI in accordance with provisions of the IMDG – CODE. Vol- I for transportations of chemicals by Sea (i.e. 13 types of Tear smoke Munitions).

Domestic Buyers

Demand should be placed with BPR&D New Delhi. BPR&D will further make allotment and after receipt of allotment, TSU will issue PI (Performa Invoice) as per demand of intender for making advance payment. On receipt of 100% payment in advance TSMs will be issued on proper voucher.  Intender will arrange collection from TSU.

Foreign buyers shall approach Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India thr         ugh Indian Embassy.  Foreign buyers will have to later for collection and transportation from TSU to their designated location.

UN Packing Certifications: TSU holds Un Certification for transportation of Tear Smoke products by Air and Sea Cargo. The list of products approved for Air and Sea is shown in this Website.
