Approach to MHA Govt. Of  India  through their Embassy.MHA will allot the demand to TSU under information to BPR&D.On receipt of allotment, TSU will issue PI (Performa Invoice) for advance payment and same is communicated to the Buyers and BPR&D. Domestic Buyers

To procure Tear Smoke Munitions from Tear Smoke Unit Domestic Buyers should place their demand to BPR&D New Delhi. After consolidating the demand BPR&D place the allotment of demand to Tear Smoke Unit as well as inform the same to the buyers. On receipt of allotment TSU issue PI (Performa Invoice) for advance payment and same is communicated to the Buyers and BPR&D. On receipt of 100% payment in advance / on spot TSMs are issued on proper voucher.
